Issue:

The health effects of air pollution are apparent but less known is the psychological effect (behaviour and performance in workplace). Therefore, the issue is impact from air pollution towards the productivity of workers at workplace.

3) Air pollution not only negatively affect levels of oxygen and glucose in the blood, it can also drain our self-control resources psychologically, causing insomnia, anxiety or depression.)
4) Government had to close schools in areas that is affected by the pollution due to health concerns and their safety.

TEEN SUICIDE

Issue:
This article mainly talked about a 20-year-old student from Seremban who is a
bright student and aspired to be a teacher, had tragically killed herself by jumping
down from the 14th floor of an apartment building. The issue here is what caused
the girl to commit suicide.

Reason:
Like most of the suicider, she was suffering from stress and depression and had a
philosophical desire to die. Because of depression and stress for a long time, she
could not handle with this situation anymore causing her to give up her life.  She
was also afraid that she will disappoint her parents because she could not catch
up with her studies in school. All these pressure within herself had caused severe
depression within her, thinking that she is not good enough thus create negative
thoughts had lead her to this suicidal decision.

Evaluating evidence:
According to HealthDay News, about 20% of more than 67,000 students surveyed
tried or committed suicide because of stress and depression. They committed
suicide because they could not cope with it and they find it very difficult to overcome
stress and depression. The researcher,Liu also said that many of the students
suffering from mental health problems don’t seek help. This worsen the situation
of the individual by keeping everything by themselves and not sharing it out.

Conclusion:
Stress and depression will cause suicide because nowadays teenagers find it hard
to withstand the stress of study. At the same time, they want to achieve good results
in order to satisfy and please their parents too. Suicide has already became a hot
topic in the bulletin, therefore friends, parents, relatives, teachers have to keep
an eye and look out on teenagers especially, so that suicide rate will not
increase among the years. This is because we can fake our appearance
to be happy, but actually deep down we are facing depression and stress.
